/ ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

Gym Curators isn't just a supplier or design agency. We're a hybrid fitness space strategist, with a consultative-first, sales-second approach. Many competitors are quick to push equipment sales, whereas our team diagnoses your needs, clarifies your vision, and only then makes recommendations that actually fit your space, goals, and clientele.

The majority of our clients are generally gym owners, boutique fitness studios, and entrepreneurs opening new fitness spaces. However, we also work with condo buyers, residential developers, hotels, strata boards, and high-end home gym buyers who value expert guidance and want a premium experience.

We help turn your ideas into an actionable plan. Many of our clients know what they want, but not how to get there. Our design services cover layout planning, aesthetic direction, equipment mixes, and persona-driven decisions. Every design is grounded in how the space will function, prioritizing safety, flow, dwell time, and community engagement.

Yes. Our team curates equipment across multiple brands based on real-world use, not just specs or current trends. Our process includes the right mix of tools for your space while helping you avoid expensive purchases that don't pan out. Equipment sales are always secondary to client relationships and satisfaction.

We manage timelines, coordinate logistics, and bridge gaps between design, construction, and suppliers. Our team proactively resolves issues during fulfillment, helping your project stay on schedule and within budget.

Absolutely. We use 2D and 3D rendering tools, storyboards, and inspiration boards to provide real-time, accurate visualizations of your proposed design and offer insights to improve it. This helps to make informed decisions, support approvals, reduce layout misconceptions, and identify potential pitfalls before the equipment is ever ordered.

Our mission is simple: we help clients build the right gym; we don't just sell equipment. From clarifying ideas to executing a complete plan, we guide clients from start to finish.

A complex answer that many would shy away from answering.  While many clients expect their gym build to take 3–6 months, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring quality products, and allowing for the development period typically results in most large-scale, group-up projects being completed within 9–12 months. Timelines can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.  With Gym Curators, we maximize downtime by asking the right questions and aligning a project plan to suit the needs of our customers.
